Overview:

Following a leak, JFS Property Services Limited were appointed on a short turn-around brief to reinstate and refurbish the Marriott's flagship conference room. All works were completed whilst the hotel was operating at full capacity with no interruption to the guest experience. JFS worked with a number of specialist subcontractors to complete this project including electrical and air conditioning.

Scope of work included:

• Removal of existing water damaged plasterboard ceiling, along with fibrous plaster mouldings, and install a like for like replacement
• Removal of redundant electrical services with upgrading and improvements to retained electrical services
• Full redecoration of new ceilings and cornice

Results:

JFS Property Services Limited completed the conference room refurbishment to a high standard, on time and budget, exceeding the client's expectations. The new space was modern, comfortable, and functional, making it the perfect venue for conferences, meetings and events at this busy central London Hotel.
