Overview:

JFS Property Services Limited were engaged by Marriott Hotel Regents Park to provide design services, fabrication, and the installation of a water cooler station.

Working in collaboration with Belu, JFS undertook all mechanical and electrical enabling works and designed the enclosure for the installation of the Belu tap and chiller unit.

JFS managed this project from initial concept and design stage through to installation and finishing including lighting, stone worktop and upstands, feature back lit panel, flooring upgrade and redecoration. 

JFS appointed a specialist to manufacture the units off site and assembled them in situ. The hotel required include the existing ice machine and access to the service riser which we incorporated within the design.
